HOURS: 🕰️ 20 hours per week (preferably across 5 days, but this is flexible)

LOCATION: Ilminster, Somerset

SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000 Pro Rata

THE ROLE:

🔍 You will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong aptitude for numbers and a passion for payroll. Working alongside one other person, you will support the team with all payroll responsibilities for a wide range of business sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and take your career to new heights!

KEY DUTIES:

📋 Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring all payrolls are processed correctly and on-time.

📋 Processing payrolls weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.

📋 Communicating with clients and managing their expectations.

📋 Arranging pension submissions and ensuring auto-enrolment obligations are fulfilled.

📋 Setting up new payroll schemes.

📋 Staying up to date with UK legislation and making necessary adjustments to processes.

📋 Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
