The Surgery:
This opportunity is with a practice with a combination of state-of-the-art facilities and a dedicated team. Recently refurbished facilities provided a modern and comfortable environment. With a large practice list size, they proudly serve a diverse population in a residential area located in a charming coastal town. A harmonious team, characterised by remarkable staff retention, is committed to providing personalised and compassionate care. The practice is devoted to patient care but also actively involved in teaching and training, ensuring that their team stays abreast of the latest medical advancements. Your Role:
Hybrid working (Work from home 1 day per week)
Clinical workload includes clinics for hypertension and diabetes, med reviews, answering queries, and more
20-minute appointments for both telephone and face-to-face consultations
Dedicated admin time
4-week induction period with shadowing and supervision
Career progression supported - funding for prescribing courses.
