Position Overview
Deputy Nursery Manager - Your role and responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the Nursery Manager in overseeing the monitoring, assessment, and development of the nursery setting
* Promoting a safe, caring, stimulating environment
* Supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of practice
* Promoting and ensuring the provision of outstanding childcare
* Assisting with training and appraisals
Deputy Nursery Manager - What you will need:
* Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
* Confidence in leading and supporting practitioners
* An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational and skills
Deputy Nursery Manager - What you can expect:
