We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to work for a client just outside the centre of York to help with the onboarding on new customers, with no cold calling involved.

This Customer Service Sales Advisor position will involve the following duties:
Speak on the phone with both new and existing customers
Make phone calls following up warm leads to support potential customers, who have either requested information on the website or have started the application process
Retain members who wish to cancel their membership by informing them of the benefits and the companies unique selling points
General administration duties, including answering any email questions or queries from customers delivering excellent customer serviceYou will receive a fantastic training programme, followed by ongoing support from your team and manager.

This will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary of £23,400 plus a bonus of up to £4,000 per year based on individual performance which is paid quarterly
