KS1 Primary Teacher

Position: KS1 Primary Teacher

Location: Leeds

Pay: £(Apply online only) daily rate (Depending on Experience and Qualification)

Key Responsibilities as a Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher:

Deliver engaging lessons that coincide with the Key Stage 1 UK National Curriculum.
Adapt lessons to suit the needs of the class.
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
Managing challenging behaviour in a positive manner.
Building healthy relationships with students, parents, and other members of staff.
Requirements:

MUST hold a UK Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience within a KS1 primary teaching setting in the UK is preferred.
Must be local to the Teesside area (driver is preferred).
Excellent written and communication skills.
Committed to and supportive of positive behaviour management strategies.
Confident, compassionate, and committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
