A nursing home in the Sheffield are currently has a vacancy for an RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified Clinical Lead Nurse to join and lead their clinical team on a full-time basis.
Details of the vacancy and what the home is offering:
Full time hours on a permanent contract, working days and night shifts
12 hour shifts 8 to 8, you may be asked to do on call
A competitive pay rate of £22.50 on day shifts and £23.63 on night shifts
A fantastic working environmentAs Clinical Lead, you will manage, monitor and oversee both clinical and personal care throughout the home. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs.
What we are looking for:
NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN
Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader
