Belmont recruitment are currently looking to speak to Registered mental health nurses, community psychiatric nurses, social workers and occupational therapists for a Role within a CAMHS team in Birmingham.

Must have experience of working in a busy Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and the demands this can place on a clinician. Specifically, the demands of CRISIS/ HOME TREATMENT work. Or experience of Adult Home Treatment would be equally beneficial

If you do not have experience in CAMHS but do have transferable skills and are interested in the value of working with children and young people, why not shadow a shift with the team? Get the full pay of a shift but the opportunity to observe skilled clinicians at work and make your decision from there?

Duties include;

-Working with children and young people on the CRISIS caseload who present as high risk of harm/ tier 4 admission.

-Some of these young people may be in hospital and require support/ assessment in a hospital setting.

-Others will require assessment/ support in their own home.

-Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

-As part of this team manage the caseload, assess and discharge accordingly.

The Role is Band 7.

Pay rates are as follows;

* Days - £28 per hour

* Nights/Sat - £37.00 per hour

* Sunday/Bhol - £45.00 per hour

Hours:37.5 Hours
Contract: 3 Months+
Band: 7
Salary: Upto £45.00 per hour
