Production Process Engineer ( Lean Techniques Experience)

We are seeking a skilled Production Process Engineer to join our client based in Stafford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to ensure efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00 per year (negotiable for the right candidate)

Working days/hours: Monday to Thursday -8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 3-45 pm

Duties:
- Used to a constantly changing environment
- Good knowledge of introducing Lean Techniques in an Assembly driven company
- Conduct continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
- Fabricate tooling and equipment for production lines
- Provide technical support for plastics injection molding processes
- Interpret GD&T specifications and apply them to manufacturing processes

Qualifications:
- HNC level in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ( we would consider a candidate who can show impressive achievement in Lean Technics without Qualification )
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other design software
- Experience with plastics injection moulding processes
- Knowledge of schematics interpretation and logic controllers
- Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
