12-hour continental shift pattern consisting of both day and night patterns, with every other weekend off. (Apply online only) days / (Apply online only) nights – 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights)
Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for long term work in Killingworth.
Within this role your responsibilities will include:
* Operate machinery and equipment in the production process.
* Assemble, inspect, and package products with precision and care.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
* Maintain a clean and organised work space.
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiency
The successful candidates should have a desire to excel within a continuous manufacturing environment whilst demonstrating an innovative and problem-solving approach to their work.
