My client is looking for an Experienced Property Paralegal with a minimum of 1+ years experience, to join their well establish and progressive law firm on a fully remote basis.
The firm combine legal expertise with ground-breaking software, which they built themselves. Every day, the feedback they gather from the team and their clients goes into making their service even better – they release new and improved features every few hours.
They complete thousands of sale, purchase and remortgage transactions each year, and they're trusted with panel membership by 80+ mortgage lenders.

What you’ll do
* Work with your team to deliver top class conveyancing to their clients, working on freehold and leasehold sale, purchase and remortgage transactions
* Work with cutting edge technology to provide the best experience for their clients
* Help their designers and software developers to refine the tools you’re using every day
* Proactively identify and solve potential issues for clients
* Maintain clear and jargon-free communication with clients and partners throughout the process
Key requirements:
* Are a hard-working paralegal, with at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing
* Communicate clearly and concisely, avoiding legalese
* Are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Are passionate about effecting change whilst at the same time being goals-focussed and impact-driven.
* Possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy strategic thinking
* Have a curious mind and are passionate about legal tech innovation
