Job Role: Learning Business Partner
Hours – Full-time (12-month fixed term contract)
Location – Brussels, Belgium
Salary - €65,000 -€80,000 EUR p.a

About the Role
As a Learning Business Partner, your role involves collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to align learning and development initiatives with the organisation's strategic goals and objectives. Based in our client's office in Brussels, Belgium, this position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business. As a Learning Business Partner, you will bridge the learning and development function and the broader business, ensuring that learning initiatives support the organisation's overall goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Understanding the organisation's business objectives – you will take the time to understand our clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. By gaining a deep understanding of their business, you will be able to develop learning solutions that are aligned with their strategic goals and drive business results.
Identifying learning and development needs - You will work closely with our clients to identify their learning and development needs. By conducting needs assessments and analysing performance gaps, you will be able to pinpoint areas where learning interventions can make the most impact.
Designing and implementing learning strategies - Drawing on your expertise in learning program design, you will develop comprehensive learning strategies, programs, and initiatives to address the identified needs. Whether it's developing new training programs, implementing e-learning solutions, or leveraging existing resources, you will develop innovative learning solutions that drive results.  
Collaborating with subject matter experts - You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant and effective learning content. By leveraging the expertise of internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure that learning content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the needs of our clients and their learners.  
Evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives - You will evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using a variety of methods, including learner feedback, performance metrics, and business impact analysis. Based on your findings, you will make recommendations for improvement, ensuring that learning initiatives are continuously optimised to drive maximum results. 
Building relationships with internal stakeholders - You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning and development. By engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation, you will foster buy-in for learning initiatives and ensure that learning and development are prioritized at all levels. 
Working with learning delivery practices and L&D teams - You will work closely with our learning delivery practices and L&D teams to ensure that learning initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with the company's overall objectives. By collaborating cross-functionally, you will ensure that learning programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with maximum impact. About You
Degree required.
5+ years’ experience in Learning Program Design and Consultancy, project management.
Strong communication skills in French and English.
Experience working with senior stakeholders in large companies.
Proven track record in project governance and management.
Minimum 5 years experience as a learning program manager or consultant.
Experience delivering learning solutions through various mediums.
Familiarity with scoping and deploying Capability/Business Academies.
Knowledge of current digital capabilities (Cloud Tech, AI, Data-Driven).
Understanding of learning operations including LMS administration.
Ability to work in a matrix reporting structure.
Proactive and structured approach with a focus on innovation. Desirable
Experience with LMS and technology systems, preferably with a degree in LXP.
Qualification or accreditation in a learning or training association is advantageous. What’s in it for you?
