Who Are We Looking For?
Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for problem-solving? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy providing top-notch service to customers? If so, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
· Initial Training for 6 weeks
· Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding technical queries and solve them in the best manner
· Escalate more complex issues to the technical department as required
· Document and update the CRM with the required information to ensure a proper follow up till the ticket is fully solved
· Identify opportunities for upselling/crosselling
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
· Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically
· Solution-oriented.
· Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently.
· Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
· Previous experience in customer service is a definite plus.
