Job Description:
RAMP is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our customer support division, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch service and ensuring their satisfaction with our innovative Fleet Maintenance System. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of RAMP's Fleet Maintenance System and stay updated on new features and updates to effectively assist customers.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on the features and benefits of RAMP, helping them maximize their use of the system and improve their fleet management efficiency.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain a comprehensive record of support activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably within the tech or automotive industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using customer support software, CRM systems, and basic office applications. Familiarity with fleet management systems is a plus.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships.
