**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyse client requirements and business processes related to treasury management.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and system designs.
- Document requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritise features.
- Support product roadmap definition and strategy.
- Assist in test planning and user acceptance testing.
- Provide training and support to clients on new features.
**Experience & Skills:**
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech.
- Strong understanding of treasury management processes and financial instruments.
- Proficient in business analysis techniques and Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
