Health & Safety Manager
Our client is an established and growing specialist package contractor undertaking working across Europe extensively involved in data centre construction schemes
This organisation works with Tier: 1 main contractors undertaking large roofing, cladding and façade packages and are going through a rapid growth programme with an extensive and full order book for the coming years
The need now exists for an experienced HSE Manager for a new scheme they have secured in Gronigen, Netherlands. This initial project is a €16m roofing, cladding & façade works package on behalf of a respected main contractor on a new build hyper-scale data centre scheme
The ideal candidate would have a good general construction and / or civil engineering background with strong Health & Safety Management experience. Knowledge of roofing, cladding and façade works would be an advantage but is certainly not a pre-requisite
This role will be the Lead Health & Safety Manager on site so we are seeking an experienced and ‘stand-alone’ HSE Manager to implement and manage the company safety monitoring system and procedures working closely with the main contractors safety management team
For this particular role our client has specified that they can only consider applications from candidates with an EU passport or existing rights to work in the Netherlands
The usual rotational package will apply so in addition to the (negotiable) basic salary they will provide: monthly net allowances, accommodation & flights
