We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Lead to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our data centre development projects across Europe. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, with a particular focus on data centres.

Responsibilities:

Manage all MEP facets of data centre projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Liaise with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members.
Oversee the design, installation, and operation of MEP systems in data centres.
Coordinate with other project leaders and team members to ensure project success.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Review and analyze project specifications, and provide technical guidance to the team as necessary.
Coordinate with the procurement team for material and equipment sourcing.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
Significant experience in MEP project management, particularly in data centre projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including design, installation, and operation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong knowledge of European building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant guidelines.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or similar certification preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
