Job Title: Regional Procurement Manager

MBR partners are hiring for Their clients' Global Procurement team. In this role, you will oversee a dynamic, centralised team that handles global purchasing and procurement operations for hardware and software for a leading US-based telecommunications service provider listed on NASDAQ, with over 30,000 employees and revenues over $4B.

Responsibilities 

Leading procurement category globally with direct management of cross-regional buyers.

Leading a major negotiation process. This will involve coordinating with various stakeholders and negotiating on behalf of the company.

Foster and manage global supplier relationships, continually identifying opportunities to enhance EBIT through strategic procurement initiatives.

Drive global and regional sourcing processes, ensuring top-tier performance measurement by reporting and monitoring according to Global Procurement KPIs.

Spearhead the RFP process, showcasing an ability to lead within a matrix management model and coordinate cross-BU efforts for successful RFP execution.

Requirements 

5+ years of experience managing and inspiring procurement teams to achieve excellence.

Exceptional negotiation skills with a strong track record of success on a global stage.

Lead global sourcing and procurement operations to drive efficiency and innovation.

Oversee the entire category scope with vendors, ensuring top-quality deliverables and effective issue resolution.

Expert in negotiating contracts, with deep knowledge of legal terms

Proficient in using procurement software and tools, including ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and supplier portals.

Knowledge of IT procurement is a valuable asset.
