About Company :-

·        CASEY – CONSUMER ACQUIRE SPECIAL ELLIGANT YIELD.

·        Casey Retail India Pvt Ltd is a FMCG Company.

·        Manufacture Unit- KANDHAMAL ,    Corporate Office- BHUBANESWAR

·        Initially we are starting from SPICES. Now 26 types of spices are availiable.

·        All other products of FMCG  will be added gradually like  Home Care, Personal Care, Beverages, Oil Segments, Snacks etc.

·        All products of our company are pure and natural (no colour, no chemical added to it).

·        As natural products , all products are registered under Govt. Intellectual Property of India.

Eligibility criteria  :-

·         Must be Graduate or above (any stream).

·         Age must be 32 or above.

·         Excellent communication skill.

·         Should have excellent convincing skill.

·         Should have excellent knowledge of sales, marketing etc.

·         Excellent team management and time management skills.

·         Must have patience in nature.

·         Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

·         Must have strong organisational skill.

·         Confident in public and mass speaking.

·         Ability to develop sales pitches.

Key Responsibilities :–  

·         BDMs are responsible to create 4 exclusive distributors for the company.

·         They develop a network of contacts to attract new distributors and business area.

·         Promote company in own preferable block and city.

·         Keep records of every sales, revenue and invoices.

·         Must be trustworthy towards the company.

·         Give feedback of every sales.

·         Develop business sales and marketing strategy.

·         Maintain company revenue by increasing sales.

·         We are looking for candidates from ODISHA, BIHAR, WEST BENGAL, JHARKHAND, CHHATISHGARH & ANDHRA PRADESH.
