Overview:
As the Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing vision set by the Senior Marketing Director. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international advertising agencies, excelling not only in copywriting but also in leading multifaceted creative and social media teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of translating long-term goals into compelling and visually stunning stories.
 
Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead the creative team, providing strategic direction and inspiration to ensure the development of groundbreaking concepts aligned with the marketing vision.

Social Media Oversight: Oversee the social media team, guiding the creation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences and supports the overall marketing strategy.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Director and the Marketing Director to understand and execute the long-term marketing vision, ensuring creative initiatives align with organizational objectives.
Creative Strategy: Develop and maintain a cohesive and innovative creative strategy that spans across various channels, including digital, print, events, and social media.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a key liaison between the creative department and other cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and integration of creative concepts.
 
Mentorship: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Presentation Skills: Present and articulate creative concepts persuasively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to inform and inspire innovative creative solutions.

Must haves:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Communications
Journalism
or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of experience in copywriting and creative leadership roles within international advertising or marketing agencies. Expertise: Proven expertise in leading both creative and social media teams
with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and visual storytelling skills
demonstrating the ability to convey complex ideas in a compelling manner. Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to align creative initiatives with long-term organizational goals. Market Understanding: Strong understanding of marketing trends
consumer behavior
and digital landscapes. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced
