Are you motivated, proactive and creative with 2-5 years of experience in international customer service? With your interest and background in machinery, technology, and spare-parts you take full ownership in providing excellent service and createive solutions to your customers.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an international B2B customer service.
  • High interest or a background in machinery, technology and/or spare parts.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German.
  • You have strong organisational and communicative skills.

Wat ga jij doen
As a German Customer Service (machinery), you are the vital link between customers, the Technical Service department, internal build and repair centers, and Sales. You manage the complete order process, provide first-line support for general and technical inquiries, coordinating orders for Field service engineers, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. You ensure accurate records of service are kept and offer support in ensuring the correct maintenance and repairs are organised for the customers machines. Your main responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales order process, including aftersales such as returns and credit notes
  • Handle and resolve (sometimes creatively) first-line support inquiries, technical questions, and product-related issues.
  • Advise customers and sales on products, alternatives, and their application.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and procedures.
  • Processing shipments including export preparation and documentation.
