We are seeking a dynamic results-driven Director of Information Technology to enhance our infrastructure for our growing client base. As the Director of Information Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our company's IT strategy, systems, and infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology environment, and working with our business partners to facilitate our daily needs.
Essential Job Functions
Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
Manage, deploy and optimize IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and information systems.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and assist in contract negotiations.
Provide creative and simple solutions in relation to data delivery to clients, vendors, and staff.
This position is located in Brookfield, WI. This is a full-time, salaried position with a benefit package that includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, an aggressive PTO plan, and a managed 401K. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):
1. Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Do you have proven experience in a leadership role within Information Technology.
3. Do you have solid understanding and practical use Microsoft SQL Server
4. Do you have working knowledge of Visual Basic and Powershell
5. Can utilize SharePoint in conjunction with our Vendors and Clients
6. Do you have strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
7. Do you have demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals.
8. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
