For a well known organization in Eindhoven I am looking for a Customer Service Officer. As part of the Customer Service team, you have an intrinsic passion for delivering excellent customer service. Tasks:
  • Answering questions/request from customers
  • Supporting the regional Sales teams on questions/requests
  • Supporting the Product Management team to improve the overall product knowledge within the department
  • Improving the quality of product technical information that is available to the Customer Service team
  • Order processing (order intake/processing/confirmation/invoicing) in SAP
  • Communication with warehousing logistics partne
  • Required subcontracting at logistics partner
  • All required communication with the customer and sales colleagues
  • Communication with transport logistics partner
  • Follow up and chasing of changed delivery date
  • All required communication with the customer and sales colleagues


Skills:
  • At last, 2 years experiences in customer service field
  • Product technical affinity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding listening skills: ability to ask the right questions to draw out relevant information, to get to the core of the customer's question / issue
  • Clear verbal communication including the ability to communicate empathy and be concise
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Dutch & English, knowledge of German is an asset
  • Ability to plan own time well to maximize effectiveness, to handle multiple tasks and to work under time pressure
  • Practical, hands-on mentality with a will to constantly improve personal and team-related tasks/processes
  • Good knowledge and ability MS Office (Excel, Word, Onenote, Teams
