As Finance assistant you will be responsible for various administrative tasks through Yardi and support the AP- and AR manager with multiple projects. Each week can be more challenging than the week prior as your responsibilities are prone to change. Mostly operate in the SSC team and you shall have the opportunity excel in your career in Finance by executing a wide range of responsibilities. Description Your daily tasks will consist of and not be limited to: Processing incoming & outgoing invoices in a timely manner Monitoring & analyzing AR allocations/processes Bank reconciliations Vendor database clean-up Prepare financial reports Oversee the VAT preparations Trouble shooting where essential Profile 2-4 years of experience in a Financial administrative position BA- or vocational degree Team player and pro-active mindset Fluent in English and German understanding (B-level) Available on short notice 32-40 hours a week Yardi experience is a big plus Job Offer A rapidly growing (international) company that puts high value on the personal development of its employees.
