For a client of ours, an international organization trading globally with offices in Amsterdam, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager to take ownership of the full cash-to-quote process. As an Account Manager, you will liaise with customers (B2B) located globally as well as internal stakeholders within customer services, procurement, accounting teams. Responsibilities: Process quotes and orders from customers Check the status of orders and update ERP system Decide on best shipment to the customer according to internal policies Provide timely response to customer queries and requests Update customers on order status Follow up with the customer on delivered goods and register their feedback Provide advice to customers and handle their complaints Issue and process credit notes Requirements: Bachelor degree in Trade, Supply Chain, Business Administration or other relevant fields Experience in an international customer service / inside sales/sales support environment Knowledge and interest in international trade Commercial and positive mindset Verbal and written communication skills in English; French or Portuguese would be a plus Drive to continuously improve workflows Competences Customer-focused and service-minded Result oriented Accurate Able to work independently as well as in a team Proactive and able to take initiative What do they offer: A direct contract Flexible working hours Possibility to work from home one day a week Travel expenses with a maximum of €300,- per month 30 holidays pension scheme
