MEP Project Manager

Are you an experienced MEP Project Manager with an Electrical bias that would be interested in joining a leading principal UK contractor?

Due to the successful award of several new contracts working on data centres, you will be required to take the technical project lead on the full refurbishment, installation & M & E upgrade of existing data halls.

You will report directly into the Project Director and will be required to provide the technical expertise and operational support through the management and direction of a team of site staff, direct labour & subcontractors.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

Proven track record as an MEP Project Manager in a large contractor environment. Ideally working in live environments across a range of construction sectors.
Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent and other relevant industry tickets.
Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate project teams to work to strict programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk and make decisions.

Salary & Package on offer:

£70,000 - £80,000
