We have a great opportunity for an ICT Project Manager to manage multiple concurrent projects from inception to post implementation at our Hoddesdon head office. You will be responsible for undertaking the day to day management, resource planning and reporting through proactive management.

About you

Required Qualifications / Expertise

Expertise in the end to end delivery of successful projects
Excellent experience in working with agile methodology and TFS (Microsoft Team Foundation Server)
Proven track record and experience in all project lifecycle phases
Previous experience in IT software projects preferred
Demonstrable experience and\or formal project management qualifications, tools and techniques
The ability to manage multiple work streams, conflicting priorities, differing reporting lines, multi-site projects as well as scope change and risk
Excellent outstanding stakeholder, people management, coaching and leadership skills
Ability to grasp issues of a business nature and assess the technical impact, and vice versa
Experience of managing staff either directly & within a project environment
Team management experience.
The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skillsDesirable

Experience of working in the rail industry
Prince 2 Practitioner
ITIL
Experience of MitreFinch, COINS, Union Square, OpenAccounts,
