🌐 Location: Canary Wharf, London (3 days onsite and 2 days remote working)

💵 Daily Rate: £300 - £350 (inside IR35 via umbrella)

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Junior PMO to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain invaluable experience within the investment banking industry.

🤝 As part of their team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts and work on high-profile projects. Your role will primarily revolve around managing project documentation, including RAID logs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in risk and control activities.

🌟 What you'll bring to the table:

Solid knowledge of RAID logs, regulatory requirements, and risk and control practises within the investment banking domain.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive mindset, eager to learn, develop, and grow within a fast-paced environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and updating project documentation, including RAID logs, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of regulatory requirements.
Supporting risk and control activities, including identifying and assessing potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and deliverables.
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and providing general administrative support.

💼 Required Skills:

Experience or knowledge in investment banking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

💻 Technology Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
