REF 28465 DEPTUY MANAGER – LINCOLN AREA – GOOD RATED RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME - £UP TO 31,000 FULLY SUPERNUMERARY
Forest Care Selection are currently supporting an independent provider of care and nursing homes in the Lincoln area.
This provider is seeking a Deputy Manager for their established medium sized residential care home in the Lincoln area.
The Deputy Manager in Lincoln will:
- Support the home manager with the running of the home and to deputise in their absence.
- Support and guide the care team to ensure the very highest standards of person centred care.
- Oversee every aspect of care delivery and activities within the home including medication management and updating care plans.
The Deputy Manager in Lincoln will need:
- Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience at a Team Leader/Unit Manager or Senior Care Assistant level with experience of supervising care teams
The successful candidate will enjoy:
- Base salary to £31,000
- Fully supernumerary
- Paid breaks.
