Recruitment Consultant - Temp Desk
Location: Northampton Hours: Monday ton Thursday 7.30am - 5pm 7.30am to 12pm Friday’s
Salary: £30-35k Basic + uncapped Commission .. Prizes . days out

The Opportunity
The recruitment industry is incredible busy right now and KAP are expanding our temporary division.
We are looking for Recruiters who are passionate about recruitment, can manage a temporary workforce and deliver a good service
The Main purpose of the role
To maximise the profitability of the temp desk by managing the full temporary recruitment process and temporary workers.
Responsibilities
Respond quickly to Client’s requests for workers,
Receiving and reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and maintaining lists of available candidates
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
Management of paperwork for Candidates and Clients •
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates •
