Great opportunity for an ambitious Bid Writer looking to join a well established market leader where you will work on interesting projects within a variety of sectors including the Utilities and Rail sectors whilst having an opportunity for further training and progression opportunties.

This award winning, well established company specialise in facilities management within in a variety of sectors including Rail and Civil Utilities. They have impressive growth plans in place due to their consistent high-quality services which have allowed them to win a number of lucrative long term contracts. Due to this expansion they are looking to recruit a Bid Writer to join thier close knit team.

In this role you'll be responsible for preparing and writing bids. You'll also be coordinating bid responses liaising with both bid consultants and fellow colleagues. You'll be responsible for looking for new opportunities on tender portals and creating a tender library. As well as attending client meetings and ensure feedback on tenders are good and coordinate any amendments. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you'll be responsible for finding and looking for different funding opportunities.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will have previous bid writing or coordinating experience within the construction industry. As well as having a full UK drivers license to be able to travel across the Southeast to different site and client meetings.
