1. Straight shifts – no split shifts!
2. Full-time positions would either be;
3. Early Shift 6am – 3pm, middle shift 12pm to 9pm or Late Shift 2pm – 11pm

The role:
This job is based in Colchester area; however, using our bespoke “Recruit and Relocate”, Workforce will help you move area if you don’t live locally.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals, with a passion for cooking, to join our client’s fabulous Kitchen brigade, catering for up to 400 Guests each day on a full board basis. If you have catering experience and are looking for a role within a friendly and fun team, with the opportunity to progress, this could be just the role for you!
Responsibilities and duties:
* Assisting with food preparation, including salads, vegetables, starters, main courses, and bakery section
* Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations
* Completing temperature checks
* Assisting with stock rotation
* A keen eye for detail
* Good time management
* A commitment to reducing waste in the kitchen by adhering to menu and portion sizes
