We are currently working with a food manufacturer based just outside of Wittering who are looking for a Quality Manager to work as part of their senior leadership team.
They’re looking for someone with experience in a senior leadership role and would be happy to step in to run the operations when others are on annual leave.
Typical duties would include:
* Effectively develop and implement quality management systems and ensure compliance meets industry standards and regulations.
* Managing material changes in line with customer requirements.
* Leading and facilitating continuous improvement to enhance product quality.
* Analysing data and performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Monitoring customer feedback to address any quality related issues.
* Working as part of the senior leadership team
The successful candidate
* Previous experience working within a similar Quality Manager role.
* Recent experience having direct and indirect reports and leading a team.
* Food Hygiene/Safety Qualifications
* Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks.
* Able to solve complex problems and react quickly to any issues that arise within the site.
* Knowledge of food micro and understanding around industry standards with regards to testing.
