Pre Construction Manager

Working across the North East the Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for Project Managing all new tender opportunities for both workstreams. You will be responsible for leading technical, work-winning, commercial, and production team members through all stages of the tender process to ensure a robust and winning proposal including management of all required internal governance requirements.

• Lead inception to completion of Pre-Contract process
• Understand/responsible for estimating projects
• Look after the Bid Team (3 people)
• Manage governance
• Be able to present
• Somebody to win bids
• Will sit within the senior leadership team
• Support with Business Development
• Understanding of the Social Housing market
• Good people skills
• Good commercial experience
• Dive and determination
