Green Improve are a rapidly growing company specialising in energy efficient home improvements via the ECO Scheme. With continued expansion planned we are recruiting a qualified Heating Surveyor to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Heating Surveyor to join our growing team to help deliver our whole house approach to retrofit.
The Role
* Full Gas Surveys within domestic properties to plan and prepare for full 1st time central heating installations
* Accurately record information on the surveys provided
* Agree equipment and distribution locations with customers ensuring all manufacturer’s instructions and gas safety regulations are met at all times.
* Design system requirements and schematics following survey to ensure appliances and emitters are correctly sized.
* Completion of required documentation for the ECO4 funding Scheme
* Travel will be required throughout the UK, our main operational areas are Mid England up to Scotland but travel may be required further afield to this on occasion. You will also be expected to commute to our office in Clitheroe a couple of times a week.
Skills and Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ Gas Safe experience required
* Training and cards up to date
* Domestic Gas Surveying experience/knowledge
* Experience of Heat Pumps preferred although industry training will be provided
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent customer service
* Full, Clean Driving Licence
* Domestic ACS gas qualifications including CCN1 and CENWAT as mandatory

We pay a stay away over night bonus of £70 for a one night stop out and an additional £130 for a second night
