Quantity Surveyor

My client are a Manchester based cost management consultancy offering a comprehensive array of quantity surveying and cost management services, customised to meet the unique requirements of every project. With a wealth of experience within the property and surveying industry, they deliver a wide range of large-scale and exciting projects across the residential/student accommodation, commercial, healthcare, education, retail, and energy sectors.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You'll be working on a range of vibrant projects across the North West and surrounding areas.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will include: Developing precise and comprehensive cost plans to establish project budgets. Supervising the project cost plan from inception to practical completion, ensuring thorough risk assessment and accurate cost estimation. Assuming commercial responsibility for projects, including cost reporting, value engineering, cash flow management, dispute resolution, cost oversight, and account administration, and facilitating agreement on final accounts.
