Senior Quantity Surveyor

Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis located in Manchester.

Our client are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly growing civil engineering organisation. 

Responsibilities

Managing and controlling all financial matters for live site projects 
Procurement of materials and plant suppliers along with subcontractors 
Responsibility of estimating services including Bill of Quantities production
Dealing with all the measurements, valuations and agreements of work sections
Working closely with the accounts department ensuring payments are made and chasing any outstanding payments
Producing accurate internal cost reports
Price tender submissions
Meeting clients on a daily basis and attending site meetings
Requirements

Previous experience required in the surveying industry
Proven track record on profitable projects 
CSCS Card and SSTS will be an advantage
Experience in different forms of contract will also be an advantage 
Strong communication skills 
Good IT skills
