Complaint and Debt Handler
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

An exciting, fast paced and challenging customer service opportunity has become available working within a well- established practice located in Gravesend. My client is looking for a candidate to work on a full time, permanent basis, who has strong customer service experience working within the legal sector. Experience handling complaints is highly desired!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who strives to achieve high customer satisfaction!
Duties of this role include but are not limited to:
Liaising with external parties to support with handling complaints.
Conduct full investigations regarding complaints and collating all necessary information within time frames.
Adhere to company procedures when handling complaints.
Accurately logging information regarding complaints on the system.
Chasing payments from external parties.
Letter writing.
General email and telephone correspondence.
To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/be:
Experience working within a legal practice.
Complaint handling experience.
Experience managing debt collection.
Able to work independently and use own initiative.
Able to be sensitive when handling difficult calls.
Able to remain calm when working under pressure.
Positive work attitude and self- motivated.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional written and administration skills.
