Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: Up to £25,000
Location: Harpenden
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:
* Providing a first-class customer service over the telephone
* Handling insurance claims and renewals
* Communicating with clients, agents and third-party providers
What we are looking for:
* You will have a passion for customer service and proven experience in a customer-facing role
* Be an empathetic, supportive communicator who listens and responds to customer’s needs
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Career driven and ambitious
* Organised with high attention to detail
