Customer Service Assistant
Temporary position across a range of shifts (alternating shift pattern)
Wage details -
* Monday - Friday: £14.87 per hour
* Saturday: £18.59 per hour
* Sunday: - £22.31 per hour
Our client, are looking for smiley, professional Gateline assistants to work as part of our team at Bicester Village Station.
As a Gateline Assistant working on the Ticket Barrier at the station, you are the first person and the last that our customers meet in what can be a very busy environment. You will work within a small team to provide excellent customer service, to assist in collecting revenue from customers travelling without tickets and to help ensure our customers move safely through the station.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
-Delivering a high level of service to customers
-Assisting in the day-to-day operation of the automatic ticket barriers
-Ensuring customer security and responding to customer enquiries
-Addressing customer needs in times of service disruption
-Ensuring the professional appearance of the gate line area by clearing rubbish and making sure customer walkways are unobstructed.
ABOUT YOU:
-Able to deliver exceptional front-line customer service.
-A Self-starter with a can do attitude
-Able to work to strict procedures
-Able to work as part of a team or independently
-Evidence of numerical ability
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
