Established, globally regarded aerospace component and systems manufacturer - a subsidiary of the world’s largest operator in their sector is seeking to recruit a driven, proactive Program Manager.
This demanding but rewarding role entails taking overall responsibility for the success of assigned Programmes and/or Product Families to ensure that they achieve their stated business objectives, for the full product lifecycle. Including leading multi-functional teams, coordinate the activities of all staff who are supporting the assigned activities, fostering a team ethic and facilitating the cooperation of all participants.
The successful candidate will be a degree qualified Engineering professional with proven Program or Project management experience ideally in the aerospace sector. Additional attributes include a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc), well developed communication and leadership skills, a high level of I.T. literacy, analytical/problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
