Location: Hybrid (Occasional travel to offices in Hemel Hempstead)
Contract: Outside IR35
Day rate: Up to £800 per day
Duration: Initial 6 months but will most likely extend
Start date: ASAP
A well-known organisation within the hospitality industry are looking to implement a new HR system named Element Suite therefore require a Solutions Architect to define the processes.
Requirements
• Proven experience involved in designing and architecting solutions across customer landscapes with specialisation in HR systems (Element suite, Workday, etc) Payroll, Recruitment and cloud data applications in HR space.
• In-depth Experience with the HR portfolio primarily and all relevant modules including HCM, Recruitment, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning and Development, Skills.
• Deep understanding of Architecture methodology such as TOGAF etc.
• Proven Solution Architect experience for large-scale HR and Data transformation programs.
• Experience articulating the relationship between the business needs and recommended system architecture to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience in business analysis, facilitating a design workshop to gather requirements and then translating the requirements into design.
• Have a strong understanding of overall architecture, integration, process and with deep understanding and knowledge of digital trends in HR and Cloud Data Platforms.
• Have a strong understanding of Master Data Integration Patterns and Designs.
• Have a good understanding of API framework and API Integrations.
• Experience producing high-quality project deliverables.
• Experience in enterprise structure design and implementation to meet both transactional and reporting needs of an organisation
