HR Change Manager

Job Title: HR Transformation Manager (SuccessFactors)
Salary: up to £75K + bonus (15 month FTC)
Location: London / hybrid 
  
JGA are partnered with a well-known brand seeking a HR Transformation / Change Manager to focus on Training material and communication for the upcoming implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. 

Skills required:
Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and ability to write training documents on the tool. 
Proven experience in leading change management. 
Demonstrable experience creating communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans and resistance management plans for SuccessFactors. 
Able to develop change capability through training and coaching. 
Able to complete stakeholder mapping, identify risks, support senior leadership and establish a Change Network.
