Live in General Manager - Wimbledon- £24,000-£25,000pa- DOE – with completely free luxurious accommodation and bills.

One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a live-in General Manager to join their luxurious Build to Rent scheme in Wimbledon. You will be provided completely free of charge accommodation and free of charge bills.

About the client:

My client is a Build to rent and hospitality focused property platform. They specialise in investment, development, and management. They have launched a brand-new asset and are looking for someone with both people management and property management experience, ideally within the Build to Rent sector.

Your daily duties will consist of:

• Logging all maintenance requests, and service requests from residents within the development.

• Complete all administrative move-in and move-out preparations.

• Aim to maximise the efficiency of the operations.

• Complete all health and safety activities.

• Complete all stock inventory.

• Provide an exceptional customer service, to exceed all expectations/

• Arrange and execute events for residents, to develop a great sense of community.

• Ensure that you meet and exceed sales targets.

• Conduct all viewings and follow up afterwards.

• React and respond to the agreed service promise timelines, ensuring prospect and member expectations are managed within the set and agreed deadlines.

For this role, it is essential that you have both people management and property experience. You will be managing a Build to Rent scheme and a team yourself.
