Sales Development Representative

Location: Hybrid / Bedford

Salary: £24,000 per annum, basic salary plus commission. OTE £30,000 per annum

Our client is a dynamic, rapidly growing, Employee-Owned Company. Market leaders in delivering high-quality health, safety and HR consultancy services across Europe and the UK, they are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their customers, particularly in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

The company are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their Sales team.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

Generate leads and sales across different channels
Make outbound cold calls and develop a sales pipeline to meet long-term objectives and targets as well as making warm calls from marketing campaigns
Nurturing them through the sales pipeline to meeting stage all whilst maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
This role is pivotal in creating engagement in the Company’s services and products.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience within a sales, commercial or customer service role is preferred.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
You will be able to work as part of a team, as well as being self-motivated to work independently. 
Familiarity with the construction and manufacturing sectors is desirable.

Holiday: Starting at 23 per annum plus bank holidays rising to 25 days after 2 years of service
