Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile new build project? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering excellence in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the main contractor in overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

* Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.

* Manage site logistics, including materials delivery, storage, and waste management, to ensure smooth operations and minimise disruptions.

* Supervise site personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

* Liaise with the client, consultants, and relevant authorities to address any site-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, ideally with exposure to new build projects.

* Knowledge of public sector or custodial projects would be advantageous.

* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.

* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field would be desirable.
