Management Accountant

Do you have a passion for financial accuracy and a desire to make a real impact on a growing business? Are you an AAT-qualified accountant (or working towards CIMA) with experience of management accounting within an SME? 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic team in Whiteley. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Preparing monthly management accounts using Xero accounting software
Managing cash flow and forecasting
Developing budgets and financial models
Completing and submitting VAT returns
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
Providing financial guidance and support to the wider business
Managing a direct report based in India
Personal Profile: 

AAT qualified (or working towards CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years experience in management accounting
Have a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information in an SME environment.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Are proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (experience with Xero a plus)
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
