Belmont Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to work with a Somerset-based NHS Trust on a temporary basis. This role offers flexible hours and hybrid working, with the onsite portion based in the Bath area.

Main Duties:

* Supporting delivery of an HR operational workload across a Division/Department(s), which will include employee relations case work.

* Supporting the department to bring about sustainable improved results/trends against workforce key performance indicators (KPIs), including vacancy rates, sickness absence, staff survey results, turnover, exit feedback etc.

* Working closely with members of the HR Directorate to develop and implement effective and appropriate solutions for transactional issues within Divisions/Directorates.

* Supporting the HRBP in developing the people management capabilities of managers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to handle staff management responsibilities effectively and in line with Trust strategy and policies.

* Supporting projects areas, developing project plans and delivering actions as agreed.

* Undertaking HR investigations as required.

Essential Criteria:

* Experience of managing a caseload of HR cases in relation to disciplinary, grievances, sickness, organisational change, etc.

* Knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation.

* Experience of maintaining and updating information systems and producing reports.

* Experience of building effecting working relationships with key stakeholders.

* Ability to deliver information and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.

* Experience of project delivery.

* Experience of HR policy development

* CIPD qualification (level 5 or above) or equivalent level of experience.

* Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience.

Desirable Criteria:

* Previous NHS Experience

* Experience of using RIO system

* DBS Certificate
