MEP Revit Technician - Building Services

With this multi-office, sizeable building services construction group your design and modelling capabilities as a Revit Technician will be paramount in the completion of workings across the south of England and wider UK.

The Role -

- Working within the design department producing Revit documentation and co-ordinating with site teams and external consultants

- Undertake clash detection and clash resolution within Revit/Navisworks

- Work alongside the design team to create a robust and model that is designed to meet a client's budget

- Carry out BIM reviews of external models and carry out validations of differing RIBA stage BIM models

- Attend pre-construction event including tender interviews and presentations

Requirements -

- Possessing Level 3 NVQ or higher building services relevant qualification

- Capable user of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks

- Able to communicate clearly with in-house designers, external project personnel

Package -

- To £40k per annum

- Car allowance or company vehicle

- 25 days holiday annually, excluding bank holidays

- Enhanced 5% employer pension contribution
