Site Reliability Engineer (Mid & Senior levels considered) - £60,000 - £100,000 DOE / Remote (occasional office visits in either Cardiff or London)

I'm thrilled to be working with a Financial Services client focused on using AI tools and technology to make their customer's lives easier. When it comes to Financial admin making things quicker and as automated as possible is the dream and that is what this business is all about! This is a great opportunity to help them expand into larger markets along with streamlining their own processes.

Due to continued growth, we're now looking to add an SRE to the team. We're open to considering both mid and senior-level candidates but ideally having 5+ years of commercial experience as a baseline.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

Knowledge and experience with GCP, AWS, and Azure cloud platforms.
Strong proficiency with Terraform.
Proven experience managing Kubernetes in high-load production environments with zero downtime.
Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
In-depth understanding of security practices, including secrets management and infrastructure security.
Understanding of network stack and routing.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash and Python.For the Senior level, we'd love to see someone with experience working with Service Mesh Systems such as Istio, LinkerD or HashiCorp. Having an interest in understanding these platforms further will also go a long way for mid-level applicants.

Other Desirable points for a Senior hire:

Experience with data science infrastructure tools (Seldon, Feast, Kubeflow, MLRun, etc.)
Experience with QA infrastructure tools (Allure testOps, Moon, Solenoid, OpenSTF, DeviceFarm, etc.)
