Warehouse Supervisor

Join our client's dynamic team! maintaining a high standard of efficiency within our warehouse operations. As our client expands their operations, we are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead their team in Oakdale.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse facility. You will lead a small team of warehouse operatives, overseeing daily activities and ensuring productivity targets are met. This role requires a fluent Polish speaker due to our client's diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a small team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets and KPIs.
* Allocate tasks and responsibilities to warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
* Train new employees on warehouse procedures, health and safety protocols, and equipment operation.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements as required.
* Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
* Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including picking, packing, and loading/unloading shipments.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar leadership position.
* Fluent Polish speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety regulations.
* Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment (desirable but not essential).
Hours of work:
7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
